At Axis Auto, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that you may sometimes need to return a product, and we have established a clear and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
1. Return Period
You may return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. The intention to return must be communicated within this period.
2. Return Conditions
For a product to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original, unused condition, exactly as received.
- It must not have been installed or used in a vehicle (except for initial inspection to detect manufacturing defects).
- It must be in its original packaging with all accessories, including the user manual, charger, protective case, and any accompanying gifts or promotional items.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
Note: Products damaged due to misuse, alteration, or disassembly by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to uv@axis-auto.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 152 5742 within 14 days of receipt, stating the reason for the return and your order number.
- Prepare the Product: After our approval, carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
- Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product or a product not matching the description), we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
- If the return is for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
After receiving the returned product and inspecting it to ensure it meets the conditions, we will process your refund request. The full amount paid (or less return shipping costs, depending on the case) will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refund Duration: The refund process may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your bank account or credit card, depending on your bank's policies.
6. Exclusions
The return policy does not cover products that have been subjected to:
- Damage resulting from improper use or negligence.
- Attempted repair or modification by unauthorized parties.
- Expired warranty.
